Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, is seeking a Machine Operator for our dry mix plant in Muskogee, OK. You will operate production machinery, follow specs, and help prepare materials to meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires reading safety rules, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Weekend shifts may be required as part of a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret safety rules, manuals and procedures.
• Be self-starting and work independently.
• Maintain accuracy across tasks and measurements.
• Capable of basic arithmetic in various units.

Responsibilities

• Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Set stops or guides to specified lengths using scales or templates.
• Observe dryer operation and adjust to maintain parameters.
• Assist other operators to set up machines and meet deadlines.
• Inspect products for quality and consistency.
• Perform routine machine maintenance.
• Start up machinery for daily production.
• Maintain clean, orderly work areas.
• Other duties as needed.
