Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, seeks a Production Worker in Bonner Springs, KS. The role entails operating equipment, inspecting product quality, and supporting production lines under supervision. Requires at least two years in manufacturing, and ability to lift up to 80 pounds.

Candidate must follow written and verbal directions, wear required PPE, and may need internal certifications. Ability to work in a dusty, non-climate-controlled environment is expected.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• At least two years experience in a manufacturing organization.
• Ability to communicate and follow written and verbal direction.
• Ability to complete internal certifications.
• Able to wear all required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, vest, ear protection).
• Able to lift up to 80 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to produce products from raw materials to yard stage.
• Inspect the quality of products according to standards.
• Assist in maintaining accurate production records.
• Monitor machinery and report malfunctions.
• Perform machine setup, cleaning, preventive maintenance, and other related tasks.
• Work with conveyors, ramps, elevators and other machinery.
• Perform Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) and CPM.
• Cross-train on other production aspects as needed.
• Operate mobile equipment as required.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy.
