Job summary

Oldcastle APG is seeking a production associate to operate plant machinery and produce concrete products. You will follow safety rules, inspect quality, and assist with setup, cleanup, and changeovers in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor equipment, report issues, stay organized, and may cross-train on other production tasks. A high school diploma and ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating procedures
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance
• Willingness to follow safety policies and wear PPE

Responsibilities

• Operate plant machinery to produce concrete products
• Inspect product quality according to standards
• Support setup, cleanup and changeovers
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Cross-train on other production tasks as needed
