Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic knowledge of commercial and consumer loan collateral and lien requirements.
• Understanding of loan structure, billing, and debits/credits.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and data entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Input basic loan information into the core loan system from applications, notes, and data sheets.
• Review loan funding and processing of general ledger tickets for accuracy and compliance.
• Process monetary and non-monetary transactions for new and renewed loans.
• Communicate with lending staff to gather information and resolve issues.
• Perform daily balancing of loan transactions and fees.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
