Central-Bank- is seeking a Loan Processor (full time) in Lexington, KY to prepare commercial loans, renewals, consumer mortgages and equity lines for closing while ensuring proper documentation to protect the bank from risk.

The position requires excellent written and verbal communication, strong analytical skills, careful attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while coordinating with lenders and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Obtains loan approval information and determines necessary documentation.
• Contacts outside professionals to establish time frames and requirements for closing.
• Ensures customers are in good standing before loan documentation.
• Prepares loan documents using Capital Stream, Empower, APPRO and Word.
• Coordinates with lenders to ensure timely closing and proper execution.
