The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3–4 years of general banking experience, along with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Enter data for new and renewed loans, advances, and payments.
• Review approvals and closing conditions before funding.
• Process loan funding entries and disbursements accurately.
• Maintain loan accounts and servicing records.
• Support monthly reporting and exception review efforts.
• Track covenants and monitoring ticklers as needed.
• Upload and organize electronic loan documents.
• Assist with filings, insurance tracking, and paid-out processing.
• Resolve discrepancies in reports and account balances.
• Provide support for loan operations requests and inquiries.
