Blue Sky Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Data Entry Specialist to support loan operations, data integrity, and reporting. You will work with the Loan Operations team to ensure accurate funding, maintenance, and documentation in the bank's core system.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, quality data entry, and strong customer service to both internal staff and external customers. Onsite work in a collaborative banking environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting or related field.
• 3–4 years of general banking experience and professional conduct.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily data entry for new and renewed loans, loan advances, and payments in the core system.
• Review approvals and closing conditions to ensure funding readiness.
• Process loan funding entries and disbursements in balance with documentation.
• Maintain loan account information and perform servicing activities.
• Assist with monthly reporting including regulatory submissions.
• Review reports to identify missing or inaccurate loan data and resolve issues.
• Verify loan maintenance and payment processing accuracy.
• Ensure electronic documents are uploaded and stored properly.
• Assist customers and staff with loan inquiries and requests.
• Provide backup support for annual reviews and other duties.
