You will set up and stock stations, prep items for service, and cook menu items in cooperation with the kitchen team, ensuring timely, high-quality dishes and proper sanitation throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in food service/hospitality.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Culinary degree (2–4 years) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock all food stations with necessary supplies.
• Prep all needed food items for service.
• Execute menu items according to specifications and standards.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
• Ensure that all food is made in a timely fashion and always in high quality.
• Clean up station and manage leftover or spoiled food per chef guidance.
• Stock inventory of stations and maintain sanitation compliance.
