100Hires, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage cycle counts, maintain accurate ERP records, and support production and supply chain. You will lead inventory initiatives, train staff, and ensure materials are available for production while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role involves coordinating with multiple departments, optimizing processes, and driving accuracy in inventory data to improve overall efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Must be able to read a production schedule/assignment.
• Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with Supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Complete inventory cycle counts weekly, monthly, and daily.
• Assist departments in locating requested items with WH Manager approval.
• Lead cycle counts and participate in physical inventories.
• Monitor ROSS ERP and related devices for errors.
• Exchange/return expired products and streamline processes.
• Direct daily activities of inventory associates and train staff.
• Ensure raw materials are available for production.
