Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking an Inventory Control Assistant I to maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse/manufacturing areas. Responsibilities include cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and ERP transactions to ensure efficient operations.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to operate forklifts. You will work with cross-functional teams to uphold 6S standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience performing cycle counts and physical inventory verification.
• Ability to use ERP and inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to read and follow written/work instructions.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory verification across locations.
• Investigate discrepancies and communicate findings to leadership.
• Execute inventory transactions in ERP/WMS systems.
• Pick, stage, transfer materials in and out of inventory.
• Process adjustments and scrap according to procedures.
• Utilize dashboards and reports to complete daily tasks.
• Maintain location control and equipment safety.
• Operate forklifts safely and maintain a clean workspace.
• Support 6S standards and cross-functional collaboration.
• Comply with policies, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
