Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines that support store operations. The role involves receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliation, transfers, buybacks/RTV, compliance, and reporting, in partnership with the Store Operations Manager.

It requires availability for varied shifts and a focus on Legendary Customer Service through the GURA framework.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred, but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Perform forklift and propane inspections as required.
• Pull OMNI orders and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation.
• Receive Direct POs and various freight transfers; stage for Freight Team Leader.
• Stock and tag freight according to standards.
• Create Fill to Capacity picklists for the Freight Team.
• Record inventory adjustments and reconcile discrepancies.
