Priority Technology Holdings, Inc. in Stafford, TX is hiring a Hardware Deployment & Configuration Specialist to prepare, configure, and quality-check payment terminals and POS hardware before merchant deployment.

You will ensure devices are properly RKI’s, file-built, labeled, tested, and shipped to the correct destination. The role requires 1–3 years of hardware/configuration experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple builds while adhering to SOPs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in hardware configuration, payments, POS systems, or technical operations preferred.
• Experience with payment terminals and POS hardware strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Process-oriented mindset with the ability to follow structured workflows.
• Comfortable working with technical systems and configuration tools.
• Ability to manage multiple builds while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform Remote Key Injection (RKI) on payment terminals and related devices.
• Configure devices according to merchant file builds and deployment specifications.
• Test hardware and payment functionality to confirm readiness.
• Stage, prep, label, and package devices for shipment.
• Ensure accurate assignment of hardware to the correct merchant, MID, and location.
• Maintain organized inventory control and tracking logs.
• Follow documented SOPs to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and elevate configuration or hardware issues.
• Coordinate with deployment, fulfillment, and support teams to meet launch timelines.
