Job summary

You will work in a production environment handling raw materials, operating grinders, labeling, and transporting materials through the process. Flexibility to work varying shifts and maintain records is essential.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills.
• Must be able to read and understand directions.
• Follow formula sheets.
• Ability to lift to 60 lbs.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and interpret documents such as labels and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble grinder.
• Open raw materials needed for production.
• Grind raw material to specified weight.
• Monitor fat percentage and adjust as needed.
• Identify visual defects and correct as needed; distinguish colors.
• Maintain good housekeeping and attend regularly.
• Follow all GMPs and safety rules.
