Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in warehouse or production environment.
• Food industry experience is an asset.
• Strong verbal and written communication; team oriented.
• Willingness to overtime, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-op checks and set up machines for daily production runs.
• Conduct minor troubleshooting if required to ensure proper machine operation.
• Report any major issues with the machine promptly.
• Ensure proper packaging and traceability coding per the Daily Production Schedule.
• Handle machines with care to maintain efficient operation.
• Perform general housekeeping in the work area at the end of each production run.
• Adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by Production Manager/Coordinator.
