CTI Foods, LLC is seeking an Operator to set up equipment, open raw materials, and grind materials to target weights for further processing. The role requires attention to weight, fat content, and visual quality checks, with adherence to safety and GMP guidelines.
You will work in a production environment handling raw materials, operating grinders, labeling, and transporting materials through the process. Flexibility to work varying shifts and maintain records is essential.

Operator will be expected to setup equipment including grinder, bone elimination. Operator will also be expected to open raw material while performing visual inspection for foreign material. Raw material will then be ran through a grinder and ground to specified weight. The raw material will then need to be labeled and transported to the blender for further processing.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit and taste/smell; and frequently required to climb and must be able to reach all levels in the bay. The employee will frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and regularly lifts to 50 pounds.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; extreme cold; extreme heat and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud and requires that hearing protection be always worn in production areas at all times.
