Job description
We are currently recruiting for a Grinder Operator in our Manufacturing operation.
Shift: 12 Hour Night
Responsibilities
Interpret daily production schedule.
Set grinder specification per product recipe.
Complete daily shift reports.
Meet and consistently attain daily grinding production goals.
Perform quality checks with testing instruments and record results.
Record all grind results in logs and report.
Record start and stop time of each grind, as well as the time at which the ground beans will have completed an appropriate gas-off period.
Communicate with roaster and packaging operators regarding progress on daily schedule.
Report all nonconforming product to shift supervisor or quality assurance lab.
Communicate regularly with Scheduler.
Perform other duties as assigned.
