Job summary

Wencor Group LLC is seeking a full-time Grinding Technician to operate and maintain grinding machines, read micrometers and bore gauges, and verify tolerances against specifications. The role requires basic computer skills, blueprint literacy, and adherence to shop procedures.

You will escalate issues to management and ensure accurate documentation and time tracking within the system. Experience with C-mics, Tri-mics, or calipers is valued.

Qualifications

• Must have H.S. Diploma or GED.
• 3 months to 2 years ACI experience or related outside experience.
• Ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand shop procedures and work instructions.
• Check tolerances with micrometers, c-mics, bore gauges, and calipers.
• Complete set-ups on machines and grind to specified tolerances.
• Properly maintain all assigned equipment.
• Follow the time-in-location priority list.
