Qualifications

• 5 years of ID grind experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, MOT, sketch sheets or follow verbal instructions.
• Capable of selecting grinding wheels, speeds and feeds.
• Understanding of GD&T and use of inspection tools.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, email and internet.

Responsibilities

• Set-Up and Operate the ID Grinder.
• Grind diameters, faces and bores to tolerances of .0001.
• Interpret drawings and production schedules.
• Select wheels, speeds and feeds and monitor quality.
• Use air gages, dial bores, micrometers and layout tools.
