Mothership Coffee in Las Vegas is seeking a detail-oriented Food Prep team member to support a focused kitchen environment. You will follow recipes to spec, prep items, and help maintain clean, accurate station systems. This role emphasizes reliability, precision, and steady, quiet productivity.

You will work closely with the Commissary Manager and the team to ensure quality and consistency in every dish, while adhering to safety standards and a schedule that includes mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Food prep experience preferred.
• Able to follow recipes and yield specs precisely.
• Availability for morning shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipe and yield guides precisely
• Maintain thorough station prep systems and daily checklists
• Inspect and organize prep stations before and after each shift
• Accurately rotate stock and manage FIFO practices
• Clean, sanitize, and restock prep areas methodically
• Track and log inventory as directed
• Comply strictly with all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Support cross-team workflows without deviation from standard procedures
• Collaborate respectfully with your team to ensure quality and consistency
