Job summary

Flight Club is seeking a part-time Prep Cook / Receiver in Las Vegas to manage intake, verify invoices, and prep raw materials for the kitchen. You will ensure food safety and maintain organized storage, supporting a fast-paced dining and entertainment concept.

The role requires multitasking, strong organization, and a proactive attitude. Eligible candidates will have a current food handler’s certification and be able to work varied shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume kitchen environments preferred.
• Must maintain food safety standards and hygiene.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Delivery inspection & verification against PO/invoices.
• Quality & safety control of received goods.
• Discrepancy resolution for damaged or missing items.
• Inventory storage & rotation using FIFO.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of loading dock and storage areas.
