Jack Stack BBQ in Alma, Missouri, is seeking a Production End of Line Packer to act as the final inspector before packaging. You will verify product against labels, report inconsistencies, apply labels correctly, and pack shipments.

Requirements include a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with preferred production experience, strong attention to detail, and knowledge of food safety regulations. You’ll work in a team on a fast-paced line, following GMPs and USDA policies.

Mansioni

• Inspect all product for accuracy before placing in shipping container.
• Ensure product matches the food label.
• Place the food label on the product in the correct location and with accuracy.
• Communicate with the machine operator if any product is damaged or if there are inconsistencies in the product.
• Maintain a clean workspace.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Able to observe good manufacturing practices and USDA policies.
• Able to identify foreign matters in product and notify Production Supervisor and the Quality Assurance Supervisor.
• Ability to work as a team to assemble and disassemble production equipment.
