Job summary

Fiorella’s Jack Stack BBQ is seeking a Production End of Line Packer to inspect and pack finished products for shipping, ensuring label accuracy and quality compliance. You will partner with machine operators and QA to maintain a clean, safe workspace and report any discrepancies.

Work requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs, stand for long periods, and operate in a cold, humid production environment with attention to detail and adherence to food safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a production environment is preferred.
• Be able to work under pressure and follow instructions.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in cold/humid environments.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all product for accuracy before placing in shipping container.
• Ensure product matches the food label.
• Place the food label on the product in the correct location.
• Communicate with the machine operator if any product is damaged or if there are inconsistencies in the product.
• Maintain a clean workspace and follow GMPs and PPE requirements.
• Possess knowledge of food safety regulations and USDA policies.
