Job summary

Alphia, a leading pet food manufacturer, seeks a Packaging Operator in Oklahoma to maintain quality and operate packaging equipment on the assigned line. You will package products, label, and stack on pallets, inspect finished goods, and ensure GMP, HACCP, and FIFO processes are followed.

You will assist with product changeovers and basic maintenance support. This role requires high school diploma or GED, ability to work in a team, and willingness to obtain Alphia forklift and lockout/tagout

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Package products in bags, boxes, or bulk containers and label for palletization.
• Stack bags up to 50 lb to pallets at appropriate heights.
• Inspect finished products to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain FIFO and participate in cleaning and sanitation between runs.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of packaging equipment.
• Enter data into IQS software and monitor HACCP compliance.
