Qualifications

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with industrial equipment such as motors, pumps, and conveyors.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP/USDA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on all equipment in RAW, Smoke House, and RTE.
• Maintain documentation and logs for PM maintenance program.
• Support installation and startup of new equipment or upgrades.
• Maintain, diagnose, and assist with refrigeration systems.
• Follow all safety and food safety guidelines.
