Job summary

• Review plans and specifications to prepare detailed proposals.
• Respond to customer inquiries with timely follow-up on quotes.
• Build relationships with customers and support Outside Sales.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality to ensure satisfaction.
• Serve as primary account contact when needed.
• Maintain records, documentation, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through technology.
• Complete special projects and additional responsibilities assigned by Sales Management.
