Mass Precision San Jose is seeking an Estimator to coordinate quotation processes from start to finish. You will analyze project specs and prepare comprehensive estimates for manufacturing projects, collaborating with program managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure timely, budget-friendly results.

The role requires strong cost-analysis skills, CAD and ERP proficiency, and the ability to communicate across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience estimating in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems; Epicor knowledge preferred.

Aufgaben

• Identify and compute costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals from project plans and specs.
• Maintain cost databases and provide regular cost reports to the team.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
