Job summary

C&M Precision Tech is seeking an Estimator to join our sales team in New Hampshire. You will prepare quotes, review specs, and coordinate with Inside and Outside Sales to win new business. Your analytical skills and customer focus will drive pricing accuracy and strong customer relationships.

Collaborate across Operations, Engineering, and Quality to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement. You’ll be the main contact for customers when a salesperson is not assigned, maintaining

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for new and existing customers.
• Review customer specifications for technical compatibility and pricing accuracy.
• Match customer requirements with supplier capabilities and material options.
• Monitor market conditions and bid strategies to stay competitive.
• Prepare detailed proposals from plans and specifications.
• Respond to customer inquiries with timely follow-up on quotes and proposals.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and support the sales team.
• Assist in resolving customer questions and service issues.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality and other departments for customer satisfaction.
• Serve as primary contact when salesperson is not assigned.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting.
• Identify process improvements through technology and continuous improvement.
• Complete special projects and additional responsibilities from Sales Management.

C&M Precision Tech is looking for an Estimator to join our sales team. In this role, you'll work closely with our Inside and Outside Sales teams to prepare accurate, competitive quotes, build strong customer relationships, and help secure new business. What You'll Do

• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through technology and continuous improvement.
• Complete special projects and additional responsibilities assigned by Sales Management.
