DWS, Inc. is seeking a detail-obsessed Commercial Order Entry & Estimating Specialist to manage incoming customer orders and rapidly turn quotes for our commercial door, frame, and hardware divisions.

The role focuses on 100% technical accuracy to ensure zero errors reach the shop floor or job sites. You will handle inbound orders, generate shop tickets, and support the sales team while coordinating with vendors and the shop.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial doors, frames, and hardware order entry or related sales support.
• Ability to read door schedules, hardware sets, and shop drawings for accuracy.
• Proficiency with ERP/estimating/shop-ticket software and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Inbound order processing and quotes from contractors and clients.
• Create accurate shop tickets and vendor purchase orders from PO requests.
• Quality control to prevent handing, dimension, or part-number errors.
• Track lead times, coordinate fabrication schedules, and update customers on status.
• Support sales reps by entering estimates and processing change orders.
