Job summary

Atlantic Track & Turnout Co. in Memphis, TN, is seeking a dedicated Precision CNC Milling Specialist to join a first-shift team. You will operate Fanuc and Haas controlled mills, read prints with GD&T, and work on on-site production of precision track components.

You’ll load/unload with a crane, perform routine edits to speeds and feeds, verify with calipers, micrometers, and CMM, and maintain 5S standards while collaborating to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to interpret CNC programs and complex blueprints.
• Detail orientation and commitment to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines to print specs.
• Load/unload parts with a crane; secure workholding.
• Perform minor program edits; adjust speeds/feeds as needed.
• Document results; maintain 5S and clean work area.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance to ensure performance.

As an employee-owned organization, we take pride in the workmanship and service our teams deliver nationwide.Role snapshotJoin our Memphis, Tennessee manufacturing team as a full-time, direct-hire CNC specialist who helps produce precision components for specialty trackwork.
