Torrey Holistics in Windsor, CT seeks a skilled CNC Milling Setup Specialist to turn complex prints into precise parts for demanding applications. You will set up 3–5 axis VMCs, load G-code, select tooling and verify fixturing for first‑article runs.

Perform inspections, troubleshoot with engineering, and optimize cycles while maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant workstation to ensure high-quality production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining preferred.
• Hands-on CNC machining experience with a strong emphasis on milling.
• Fluency in reading prints and technical drawings.
• Detail-driven mindset and a passion for quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

As our CNC Milling Setup Specialist, you’ll turn complex prints into flawless parts for demanding applications.A Day in the LifeMorning: Review work orders and prints, load G‑code, select tooling, and dial in workholding for first‑article runs on 3–5+ axis VMCs.
