Job summary

Atlantic Track and Turnout Company in Memphis, TN seeks a CNC Mill Maintenance Technician III to ensure production equipment operates reliably and safely. You will perform regular inspections, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and maintain documentation in CMMS.

The role supports first shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, with opportunities to contribute to equipment installations and preventive maintenance programs in a non-climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC, etc.).
• Minimum of 8 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• On-site work in Memphis, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Routinely lubricates equipment and orders maintenance supplies/parts.
• Follows preventative maintenance program for equipment.
• Assists with equipment installations.
• Maintains a clean, safe maintenance shop and facility.
• Performs daily inspections on CNC mills and documents work in CMMS.
• Works with CNC controls/PLCs and diagnoses mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.

The selected candidate will ensure all production equipment within our facilities works properly and runs smoothly.
