Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Machine Operator to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, ensuring precision, quality and safety in production processes. You will set up and run machine tools, perform inspections, and monitor outputs to meet tight tolerances.

This onsite role requires reading drawings, adjusting feeds and speeds, and performing routine maintenance. You will work in a fast-paced environment, identify issues, and support efficient manufacturing operations at our designated

Qualifications

• Familiar with operating machine tools and inspection methods.
• Ability to read drawings and interpret specifications.
• Knowledge of inspection tools and precise measurement techniques.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine tools such as CNC lathes, machining centers, drill presses, grinders, punch presses, or similar equipment.
• Set up equipment and perform minor repairs, adjustments, and calibrations as required.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and tolerances.
• Monitor feeds, speeds, and machining conditions to maintain quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Detect and report defective materials or abnormal machine conditions.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and upkeep.
• Dispose of scrap and waste materials in compliance with company and environmental standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and follow all safety procedures.
