Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Wisconsin is seeking an on-site machinist to perform diversified, semi-skilled machining operations. You will set up, adjust, and operate a wide range of equipment, read and interpret complex drawings, and ensure parts meet exact specifications.

Responsibilities include training teammates, loading parts, monitoring production, inspecting results, and documenting quality data. The job emphasizes safety, 5S, and collaboration across departments in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year machining experience.
• Able to learn PC-based programming for machining.
• Able to read and interpret specifications, blueprints, and charts.
• Capable of planning operation sequences and setting up machines.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and train colleagues to produce parts to specs.
• Set up, adjust, operate machining equipment and run production lots.
• Load/unload parts, monitor machines, and troubleshoot.
• Detect defective workmanship and report issues.
• Perform inspection of machined parts and document results.
• Create procedures for production processes and test new tools.
• Maintain machine cell and work area using 5S.
