Regal Rexnord Corp is seeking a Machine Operator to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, ensuring precision, quality, and safety in production. You will set up and run machine tools, perform inspections, and monitor production outputs to meet tight tolerances.

Qualifications

• Operate and maintain machine tools and equipment.
• Read and interpret drawings with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of inspection tools and measurement techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and high precision standards.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine tools such as CNC lathes, machining centers, drill presses, grinders, punch presses, or similar equipment.
• Set up equipment and perform minor repairs, adjustments, and calibrations as required.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and tolerances.
• Monitor feeds, speeds, and machining conditions to maintain quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Detect and report defective materials or abnormal machine conditions.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and upkeep.
• Dispose of scrap and waste materials in compliance with company and environmental standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and follow all safety procedures.
