Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Machine Operator to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, ensuring precision, quality, and safety in production. You will set up tools, run machines, and perform inspections to meet tight tolerances.

The role requires ability to read drawings, perform routine maintenance, and work in a clean, safe environment. This is an onsite full-time position with benefits supporting a healthy workforce.

Qualifications

• Operate and maintain machine tools with minimal supervision.
• Read drawings and interpret specifications to verify part dimensions.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure tolerances are met.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine tools such as CNC lathes, machining centers, drill presses, grinders, punch presses, or similar equipment
• Set up equipment and perform minor repairs, adjustments, and calibrations as required
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and tolerances
• Monitor feeds, speeds, and machining conditions to maintain quality and dimensional accuracy
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Detect and report defective materials or abnormal machine conditions
• Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and upkeep
• Dispose of scrap and waste materials in compliance with company and environmental standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and follow all safety procedures
