Job summary

Regal Rexnord seeks a Machine Operator to run and maintain manufacturing equipment, ensuring precision, quality, and safety in production. You will set up tools, perform inspections, and monitor outputs to meet tight tolerances and specifications.

You will help maintain equipment and support efficient operations with attention to detail. The role is fully onsite with responsibilities spanning setup, calibration, inspection, and routine maintenance in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Operate and maintain machine tools and equipment to meet tolerances.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Use inspection tools and measurement techniques with precision.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and precision standards.
• Communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine tools such as CNC lathes, machining centers, drill presses, grinders, punch presses, or similar equipment.
• Set up equipment, perform minor repairs, adjustments, and calibrations.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure specifications and tolerances.
• Monitor feeds, speeds, and machining conditions for quality.
• Read and interpret drawings and technical docs.
• Detect and report defects or abnormal machine conditions.
• Maintain equipment, perform routine maintenance, cleaning and lubrication.
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area and follow safety procedures.
