Les Schwab is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician. The role involves installing and servicing brake systems, suspension, and drivetrain components, as well as performing tests and road service.

Applicants must have a valid driver's license, excel in customer service, and handle physical tasks including lifting and bending. On-the-job training is provided, and the position offers comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds.
• Occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting.
• Reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components; testing and installing batteries.
• Dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replacing, rebuilding and/or recalibrating TPMS components.
• Using equipment and miscellaneous hand tools; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
