Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components while delivering outstanding customer service. You will test drive vehicles, perform tire and TPMS work, and operate shop equipment.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license required.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Frequent lifting up to 35 lb, occasionally up to 75 lb.
Frequent bending/twisting/kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

Install or service brake, suspension, and alignment components.
Test and install batteries.
Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies; rebalance wheels; recalibrate TPMS components.
Use shop equipment and hand tools.
Assist other technicians and test drive vehicles.
Operate service vehicles for offsite/roadside services.
Provide excellent customer service and refer customers as needed.
