Job summary

Les Schwab is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components while delivering excellent customer service. You will work with hydraulic/electric brake systems, test drive vehicles, rebalance wheels, and calibrate TPMS components using hand tools and equipment.

On-the-job training is provided. A valid driver's license is required, and you should be able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally and 35 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, and related components.
• Test drive vehicles and perform offsite and emergency road service as needed.
• Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies, rebalance wheels, and calibrate TPMS components.
• Use equipment and hand tools; provide excellent customer service and refer to others as needed.
