Job summary

Les Schwab is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. The role includes tire work, battery testing, and field service support.

A strong emphasis is placed on teamwork and delivering quality repairs in a fast-paced environment. The position offers on-site work with comprehensive benefits after eligibility, including health coverage, retirement plans, PTO, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license and strong customer service skills.
• Physically capable of frequent lifting up to 35 pounds and occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Must be able to bend, twist, kneel and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension and steering components.
• Test drive vehicles and assist with offsite/roadside service
• Dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, recalibrate TPMS as needed
• Assist other technicians and maintain customer service excellence.
