Les Schwab is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, suspension, alignment, and related components with a focus on customer satisfaction. The role includes testing, road testing vehicles, and occasional offsite service calls.

The position offers on-the-job training and requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift heavy objects, and the stamina to work in a fast-paced environment. Benefits follow company policy and market standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, occasional up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts.
• Test and install batteries; mount/dismount tires and wheels; rebalance wheels; recalibrate TPMS components.
• Use tools and equipment; assist other technicians; drive service vehicle for offsite and emergency road calls.
