Job summary

Les Schwab is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components, and to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced shop environment. You will work on hydraulic and electric brake systems, test batteries, and assist with offsite roadside service when needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds; standing and bending.
• Good manual dexterity and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering components.
• Test batteries, remove/install tire and wheel assemblies, rebalance wheels, and handle TPMS recalibration.
• Use hand tools and shop equipment; assist teammates; perform offsite or emergency road service as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to qualified staff when appropriate.
