Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in Savannah, GA is seeking an Operator to run manufacturing equipment, ensuring product quality and following SOPs and GMPs. The role supports a fast-paced production line with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Shifts are 7AM–7PM in a 12-hour schedule (2/2/3). Candidates with 0–2 years of factory experience, a high school diploma, basic math skills, and ability to use digital devices (iPad/computers) are encouraged to apply. English literacy is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-2 years of factory experience preferred.
• Basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Ability to follow safety procedures and Nestlé Life Saving Rules.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Match labels with batch records for accuracy.
• Troubleshoot common machine faults and perform routine maintenance.
• Load/unload, set up, clean, adjust and disassemble machinery.
• Maintain detailed documentation and data entry.
• Adhere to GMP, SOPs and safety standards.
