Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in New Jersey is seeking an entry-level Blending Operator to support our production line. You will operate and monitor equipment, measure ingredients, perform basic maintenance, and help ensure quality and safety standards are met.

This role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and willingness to learn. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with potential overtime to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients
• Complete quality checks and record data
• Keep your work area clean
• Follows safety rules, SOP’s and cGMP guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned
