Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in Prescott, AZ is hiring an entry-level Blending Operator to support our production lines. This role runs on the 3rd shift, Monday through Saturday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with a structured 4–5 day onboarding.

As part of the team, you’ll operate and monitor equipment, load and adjust machinery, and help ensure quality checks are completed. You’ll work with powders, chemicals and food allergens, staying compliant with safety rules and cGMP guidelines while learning on the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients
• Complete quality checks and record data
• Keep your work area clean
• Follows safety rules, SOP's and cGMP guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned
