Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is hiring a Senior Operator to perform diverse tasks in our manufacturing facility, with a focus on complex operations to support production goals. Night and day shifts available (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am).

The role requires 1-3 years factory experience, basic math skills, and the ability to operate and manage equipment with attention to quality and compliance. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a prior factory environment preferred.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
• Ability to utilize basic digital devices such as computers, iPad, etc.
• Ability to follow safety procedures including Nestlé Life Saving Rules.
• Ability to speak, read, write in English and comprehend simple instructions.
• Understanding of basic manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Physical ability to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs., stand, climb, bend, etc.

Responsibilities

• Set up, clean, operate, and adjust all equipment in the assigned department.
• Understand inventory requirements and adjustments.
• Oversee and manage process parameters to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and control all process parameters.
• Maintain documentation with accurate scaling and measuring.
• Operate automated systems via HMI in the area.
• Perform in-process checks and quality checks on products.
• Independently operate various machinery and work in a team.
• Conduct data entry using paper records, electronic devices, or tablets.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and SOPs; ensure attendance.
• Adhere to cGMP guidelines and SOPs.
