Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Manufacturing Operator in Savannah, GA to operate various machinery in a GMP-compliant environment. You will ensure quantity and quality by following SOPs and GMPs, with a day shift from 7AM to 7PM.

The role requires 0-2 years in a factory setting, a high school diploma or GED, basic math, and comfort with digital devices. Training will cover safety rules, English literacy, and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in a factory environment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
• Ability to use basic digital devices (computers, iPad).
• Ability to follow safety procedures including Nestlé Life Saving Rules.
• English literacy required (read/write basic instructions).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, bend, etc.

Responsibilities

• Match labels with batch records for accuracy and consistency.
• Troubleshoot common machine faults and perform routine maintenance per operator manuals.
• Load, unload, set-up, clean, adjust and disassemble machinery as needed.
• Maintain high attention to detail for procedures and accurate documentation.
• Report damaged or inconsistent materials to supervisor or lead.
• Assist with overflow jobs in the operations department when needed.
• Perform data entry across paper records, electronic devices, PCs, and iPads.
• Follow cGMP and SOPs to maintain clean, organized work environment.
