Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in the United States seeks a Night Shift Operator to operate various manufacturing machinery, ensuring product quality and quantity by following SOPs and GMPs. The 7PM–7AM shift requires reliability and attention to detail.

You will match labels to batch records, troubleshoot machine faults, assist with setup and maintenance, and maintain accurate documentation while adhering to safety and cGMP standards. Prior factory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-2 years of factory experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and Nestlé Life Saving Rules.
• Must be able to read and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Match labels with batch records for accuracy.
• Troubleshoot common machine faults and perform routine maintenance.
• Load, unload, set up, clean, adjust, and disassemble machinery as needed.
• Maintain documentation with accuracy and proper data entry.
• Report damaged materials to supervisor or lead.
• Contributes to overflow jobs in the operations when needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work area following GMP and SOP.
• Adhere to cGMP and SOPs to meet manufacturing standards.
