Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Blending Operator for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM) in New Jersey. This entry-level role involves operating production equipment, following safety and quality procedures, and ensuring items leaving the line meet quality standards.

You’ll work with powders and ingredients, learn on-the-job, and contribute to a clean, efficient production area. English proficiency is required to follow directions and procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred).
• Comfortable using computers or tablets.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Basic math and mechanical understanding.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team-oriented and dependable.
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
• Complete quality checks and record data.
• Keep your work area clean.
• Follows safety rules, SOP’s and cGMP guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
