• Collaborate with Client Services to fulfill processing needs and respond to inquiries.
• Follow client preferences for fast, accurate reports.
• Achieve 9+ reports per hour within 60 days of employment; 12+ monthly after 60 days.
• Maintain a mistake ratio under 1% of processed reports.
